7-day return window
Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
The parcel must include every accessory, manual and the invoice. We arrange the pickup ourselves — you do not need to book a courier.
How to start a return
Message 86270 62576 on WhatsApp with the order number, the reason, and one photo of the sealed box. We reply with a pickup slot, usually the next working day in Mumbai and within 48 hours elsewhere.
Nothing is refunded until the parcel reaches us and is checked. Do not ship a return to any address other than the one we confirm in that chat.
Faulty on arrival
If a device arrives dead, cracked or otherwise faulty, tell us within 48 hours with a short video of the unboxing and the problem. That is a replacement, not a repair — we ship the new unit first in most cases.
What we cannot take back
Opened earbuds and personal audio for hygiene reasons, software licences and digital codes, and items damaged by use, liquid, physical impact or an unauthorised repair.
A missing serial number or a broken seal voids the return, though the manufacturer warranty may still apply.
Refunds
Refunds are released within 3 working days of the returned parcel passing inspection. UPI and bank transfers settle the same day; card refunds depend on your bank, usually 3–5 working days.
Delivery charges are refunded when the return is our fault (wrong item, damaged in transit) and not when the order is simply no longer wanted.
Warranty
Warranty is handled by the brand's India service network. We raise the ticket for you.
To claim, message us the order number and a description of the fault. We log the job with the brand service centre, follow it up, and message you when the unit is ready. Turnaround is usually 5–10 working days and depends on the brand and the part.
